Informationen zum Coronavirus SARS-CoV-2
Nach heutigem Wissensstand 11.März 2020 kann unsere Veranstaltung am 14.Juni ohne Einschränkungen durchgeführt werden, siehe Link
Wir werden die Situation natürlich laufend mit den Behörden abklären und beobachten, die Gesundheit der Sportler und aller Helfer soll aber bei allen Entscheidungen natürlich im Vordergrund stehen.
Was uns aber bei aller Vorsicht hoffen lässt, ist:
1. Bis zum 14. Juni sind noch über 3 Monate Zeit, nach heutigen Informationen sollte der Virus bis dahin besiegt oder abgeklungen sein.
2. Wir werden nicht 1000 Teilnehmer haben, da wir von Anfang an nur mit 400-500 Startern gerechnet haben.
3. Der Gesundheitsschutz wird bereits seit längerem in die gesamte Planung mit einbezogen und konsequent umgesetzt.
Das Organisationskomitee arbeitet momentan wie geplant weiter auf Hochtouren und wir gehen von der Durchführung aus.
In den nächsten Tagen können wir euch dann sicher weitere Neuigkeiten von unseren tollen Co-Partnern mitteilen, z.B. Vergünstigungen bei der Hotelbuchung.

According to the current state of knowledge on March 11th, 2020, our event on June 14th can be held without restrictions, see link
We will of course clarify and monitor the situation with the authorities on an ongoing basis, but the health of the athletes and all helpers should, of course, be in the foreground of all decisions.
But with all caution, what gives us hope is:
1. There are still more than 3 months until June 14, according to current information the virus should have been defeated or subsided by then.
2. We will not have 1000 participants because we only expected 400-500 starters from the beginning.
3. Health protection has been included in the entire planning for a long time and has been consistently implemented.
The organizing committee is currently working at full speed as planned and we assume that it will be carried out.
In the next few days we will be able to tell you more news from our great co-partners, e.g. Hotel booking discounts.
